Times are a plan, not a timetable. Your guide reads the tide and the wind and you set the pace.

Your host meets you in Coron town. Towels, sunscreen, done.
Your banca leaves the pier while most tours are still at breakfast.
The climb to the viewpoint, then the lake to yourselves for an hour.
A short rocky scramble, then warm and cold layers of water. Snorkel or float.
Swim or paddle through the gap in the rock. Stay as long as you like.
Grilled fish, rice and fruit, cooked by your crew while you swim.
Two easy snorkels over a shallow wreck and a reef, both from the boat.
Dropped at your hotel door, salty and happy.
Honest effort ratings, so nobody is surprised by a staircase.
A climb of several hundred concrete steps to the viewpoint and down to the lake, then the same back. Ten to fifteen minutes each way at a steady pace. Worth every step; we go first so you climb in shade.
A short scramble over limestone with a wooden boardwalk. The lake is deep and layered: warm on top, cooler below. Life jackets for anyone who wants to float.
You swim or kayak through a gap in the rock into the inner lagoon. At high tide you duck under; at low tide you wade. Non-swimmers wear a life jacket and go with the guide.
A shallow Japanese wreck you snorkel over straight from the boat. No swimming to shore.
A reef in a couple of metres of water. Fish, soft coral, no current to speak of.
A sandy beach with shade, chosen by the crew for the day's wind. You can skip Barracuda and spend the time here instead.
