Manila flights now leave from Clark.
Since 29 March 2026 the turboprop flights to Busuanga (Cebgo and PAL Express) depart from Clark International Airport, about two to three hours north of Manila by road, rather than from NAIA. Many guides online have not caught up. If you are connecting from an international flight into Manila, you need a transfer to Clark or an overnight nearby.
