A private boat for the Coron Island day (Kayangan, Twin Lagoon, Barracuda Lake, the Skeleton Wreck) costs from ₱12,900 for two guests, all-in, plus ₱2,000 per extra guest. Beach islands from ₱14,900, Calauit Safari from ₱21,900. Shared tours cost ₱1,500–1,700 a head before fees, and leave two hours later.

The one fee outside our price is the Coron environmental fee, about ₱200 per person, which the municipality collects at Busuanga airport when you land. It is valid for ten days and covers every trip you take. Nobody can fold it into a boat price because you pay it before you have met your boat.
The fees your boat price already covers.
Each lake, lagoon and beach around Coron charges its own fee, mostly to the Tagbanua community that looks after it. Group tours add them at the pier. Ours are in the price.

The difference is roughly ₱7,100–₱7,900 for two. For that you get Kayangan Lake before the crowd, a boat that waits while you swim, lunch cooked for two instead of thirty, a hotel pickup and one person on WhatsApp who answers. Whether that is worth it is your call; our job is to make the numbers plain.
