Your host is Ivan, who runs First Light Coron and a small group of private transport sites across the Philippines. Ivan or one of the team answers every message within the hour, 7am–10pm Coron time. The boat, captain and guide come from one local Coron crew we work with on every trip. You get one WhatsApp thread, one written quote, and someone who answers.

Every price on this site is per boat, with the entrance fees, lunch and pickup already in it. The number you see is the number you pay, apart from the ₱200 arrival fee the municipality collects at the airport.

The group boats reach Kayangan Lake from about 9:30. Ours leave the pier at 7 so you see it quiet.

A planner and a crew, not a booking site.
We are the planner and your point of contact. We do not own the boats. For every trip we book one local Coron crew whose captain and guide know these waters, and we take care of everything around the day: the quote, the pickup time, the fees, lunch, and the message the night before. There is nothing to negotiate at the pier.
Ivan runs this from London and from Coron time, which is why the reply window is 7am–10pm Coron time. A small deposit holds your boat once you have a written quote you are happy with, paid by card, PayPal, Wise or bank transfer; the balance is settled on the day. The deposit amount and the refund terms are written into every quote before you pay anything.
First Light Coron is one of a small family of Philippine transport sites: Manila Van Co., Arrive Pampanga, Bohol Private Van and El Nido Private Tours among them. If your trip goes beyond Coron, say so and we will join the dots.
About the photos
The guest photos on the homepage and this page are real guests on our Coron crew’s tours, shared with their permission. The scenic photographs of lagoons, boats and beaches are illustrative and will be swapped for our own as trips run. We never caption a stand-in as our boat, our crew or a guest. The reviews are quoted word for word from messages guests sent the crew.
